A major well established and successful Kforce client is seeking to hire a Benefits Accounting Director to join their team 2 days a week in Boston, MA.Summary:Our client is a long-running financial services company that is rapidly growing. They offer a competitive benefits package that includes a pension plan and 401K. They also pay bonuses and offer flexible hours. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 2 days a week in the office and the rest of the week remote.Duties:Benefits Accounting Director reports to top financial leadership, in a position where you will be the liaison and involved in:

Overseeing All HR Benefits Accounting and Audits of retirement and benefit plans
Managing a small team domestic and several people internationally
Handling several different types of benefit fund audits for the company
Financial reporting and tracking all HR and Benefits related expenses

BS degree
CPA and Public Accounting Audit experience is strongly preferred
7 years of Employee Benefit Plans, Audits, or related experience
Experience and understanding of Health and Welfare plans, Employee, Benefit plans
Written and Verbal accuracy with all reporting to Leadership and vendors
Understand the "Big Picture" to ensure the timely and efficient reporting results

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
