Kforce has a client that is seeking an Automotive Technician in Milford, MI. The candidate must be open to 2nd and 3rd shift.

They will be trained on 1st and moved to off shift.Duties Include :

• Installing, removing, and monitoring test vehicles on a chassis dynamometer; This includes portable test equipment
• Receive an assignment
• Communicate with last shift
• Work with non-intrusive robots
• Working outside in garage
• Set up test and monitor test
• Group has a total of 18 dynos - candidate will watch 1 - 10 dynos at a time
• Collect data
• No tools required for this position
• 1-3 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Understanding of vehicle function and mechanics
• Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently
• Previous dynamometer experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
