Kforce Technology Staffing is Hiring an User Experience Designer Near San Antonio, TX

Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX looking for a User Experience Designer. As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, seamless, and delightful experiences for our users across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to translate user needs and business goals into elegant and effective design solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations
* Create user personas, user journey maps, and other UX artifacts to inform design decisions
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and features
* Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
* Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders, and continuously improve the user experience
* Work closely with visual designers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
* Conduct usability testing and gather insights to validate design decisions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field
* Proven experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
* Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
