RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Analyst in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Analyst will provide support and guidance across the organization on how to optimize systems, reduce costs, and increasing profits
* Gather feedback from end users to continue improving systems effectively
* As a Technical Analyst, you will build, design, examine, and implement a structured IT system
* Communicate findings and decisions to all stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3-5 years of experience in front-end web application software design and development
* Training in Agile software development; One or more ICAgile certifications preferred
* Experience using software requirements management tools such as Jira, or IBM's Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) suite
* Knowledge of software product life cycles, technical requirements decomposition, architecture diagrams, interface control documents, data dictionaries, computer operator handbooks, java docs, and/or other software design and documentations techniques
* Strong written and verbal communications skills, particularly the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and delivery partners to map requirements and dependencies to technical features
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
