Our top financial services industry client is seeking a Senior Program Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver comprehensive roadmaps for strategic initiatives
• Partner with work stream leads, Product Management, PPA leadership teams to create and refine program, roadmap, implementation plans, and tracking
• Integrate with disparate technology teams to design, implement, and deliver portfolio of applications and services to enhance the Client Experience
• Manage implementation activities for concurrent work-streams
• Translate business use cases into functional specifications and work with team leads on work-breakdown
• Develop and track KPIs and project success metrics
• Ensure consistency with and application of PMO standards, processes, and controls throughout and across programs

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred or related experience
• Years of Business Analysis, Project/Program Management experience required, with proven ability to independently manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams
• Asset Management domain expertise with experience managing software delivery is highly preferred
• Proven ability as liaison between technical teams and business visionaries – and someone who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan
• Significant experience and a demonstrated track record in successful and on time delivery of large, high-profile Projects/Programs with non-negotiable deadlines.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban/Waterfall Software Development

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
