RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Security Analyst in Irvine, CA.
Overview:
This position provides expertise and support on the overall S4 technology Security administration and architecture. The candidate will play a key role in directing and executing the SAP Security management for the company. This individual will be expected to work with Security team members to set the overall direction and strategy of this program to include integration with the SDLC, influencing development teams, serve as a subject matter expert in SAP security to address the requirements pertaining to securing all SAP Landscapes.
Responsibilities:
* SAP Security Analyst will assist in the interfacing and integration of the SAP landscape and other application systems under the guidance of the Manager
* Provide technical support and configuration of SAP applications including working with third party vendor basis and security support, and other internal teams
* Assume periodic responsibilities regarding security audit reviews, and user access reviews; And update his manager, and the Office of the CIO regarding security/role management for S4 SAP systems
* Responsible for the design, build, implement, and support SAP security roles and profiles on S4 environment across all the landscapes
* Perform effective maintenance of S4 Security roles and role assignments based on changing access needs
* Analyze information security and business data to gain deep business knowledge and insight on security risk posture
* As an SAP Security Analyst, you will ensure the ongoing integration of information security with business strategies and requirements
* Drive remediation plans for audit/compliance related findings
* Build and nurture strong relationships at senior management and executive level
* Create and maintain technical and policy documentation
* Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Security
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS degree in Computer Science
* A minimum 7 years of experience working as an S4 HANA/SAP Security Analyst
* In depth knowledge of S4 Security area along with AO reports, Idocs, CPI and FIORI; BTC knowledge is a plus
* Complete understanding of the SAP's core modules, Ariba, Concur, BTC and the inter-dependencies around Finance/Controlling, Order Management, and Warehouse management (EWM)
* Core Participation in 2 or more full life cycle SAP implementations, achieving production status
* Sound and accurate judgment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent planning and organizing skills
* Strong customer service orientation
* Adept at developing system requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, and implementing business solutions, while achieving deadlines and budget goals
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
* Highly motivated self-starter who is innovative and quick to learn
* Ability to think -process- and -best practice- rather than just function along with a solid understanding of end-to-end processes like -order to cash-
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* On-call availability for project go-live and off-shift support
* Flexible schedule to align with other program resources
* Flexible to travel as needed or deemed necessary (domestic & international)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
