Kforce Technology Staffing is Hiring a SAP S/4HANA Solutions Architect (Techo-Functional) Near Fremont, CA

Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Fremont, CA that is looking for SAP S/4 HANA Solutions Architect (Techo-Functional) for a 3-6 Months CTH or Direct Hire role. This is a Hybrid role 2-3 days.
Overview:
The S4 Architect should be techno-functional and will closely collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise, technical, and functional architects, development teams and 3rd parties to establish a culture of solution governance and ensure that the solutions being proposed and implemented are within our agreed and published guidelines and work seamlessly across our ecosystem of SAP (S/4 HANA, BTP, Ariba, EWM, TM, CPQ, and other SAP modules/software) and non-SAP technologies. The main responsibility of the S4 Architect is to deliver an optimally designed, well integrated, and thoroughly tested working S4 & SAP solutions as a core deliverable to Digital Transformation program to increase business value.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Define and communicate a shared functional and technical vision for the solutions
* Validate platform and technology assumptions and fitment
* Collaborate with enterprise architects to design viable, feasible and sustainable end to end solutions for the business requirements, following the company's design guiding principles
* Participate in proof-of-concept sessions to prototype, develop, test, and implement solutions to increase business capabilities
* Evaluate implementation & development alternatives and pick the right fit/option for the company
* Define nonfunctional requirements (NFRs) for the solutions that include performance, security, Integrations, UI/UX, and other critical aspects to build scalable solutions
* Ensure that the system and solutions being implemented confirm to the approved design and adhere to the company's development principles and regulatory compliance, standards, and best practices
* Support PMO on governance of WRICEFs
* Hands-on in S4 modules (Source to Supply, MM, PP, SD, and FI)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience driving a S4 greenfield implementation
*15-18 years of experience in SAP technologies and solutions
* 5-10 years of experience in integrations based on API and other microservices
* 5-10 years of experience in solution architecture and design
* At-least 5-6 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP BTP/Fiori and designing end-to end integrated solutions
* Techno-Functional SAP S/4HANA Solutions Architect with 4 years of experience
* Multi-year experience in Hi-tech Manufacturing
* End to End Implementation experience with a Greenfield S/4 HANA Implementation - ideally numerous implementations
* Expertise in following modules: Procure to Pay and Material Management
* Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and DevOps principles
* Advanced understanding of IT Security, automation, Integration strategy, UI/UX concepts, AI, and Analytics
* Understanding of architectural framework like TOGAF
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
