RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a Remote Google Analytics Engineer to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our digital analytics infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Analytics implementation, configuration, and reporting, with a focus on driving actionable insights to improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
* Implement and configure Google Analytics tracking codes across digital platforms
* Develop custom reports and dashboards in Google Analytics to monitor key metrics and KPIs
* Analyze data trends and user behavior to provide actionable insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with marketing and development teams to optimize website and app performance
* Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to improve user experience and conversions
* Stay updated with Google Analytics best practices and new features to ensure optimal use
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Proven experience as a Google Analytics Engineer or similar role
* In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics implementation, configuration, and reporting
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
