UAG Construction is Hiring a Project Manager Near Miami, FL

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the construction industry, we value individuals who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our projects consist of Commercial and Residential projects in Miami-Dade and Broward County with Clients who are end users and private developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, making necessary adjustments to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (4-5 yrs), with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with construction industry regulations and best practices.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience working with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate diverse work environments.
