RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking 2 Infrastructure DevOps Engineer Level 3 consultants to join their team on a 12-month contract to hire basis. Duties Include: * Infrastructure DevOps Engineer Level 3 will provide advanced and/or cross-technology engineering through all phases of the Technology/Project Life Cycle * Accountable for the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support * Design, implement/install, maintain and administer infrastructure systems including hardware, software, and various configurations * Monitor overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately * As a Infrastructure DevOps Engineer Level 3, you will perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures * Mentor and coach others to establish and improve processes and procedures * Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety REQUIREMENTS: * 7 years of experience in support and/or engineering for the specific technical discipline * Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and all levels within the organization * Proven ability to understand company business problems and identify technical solutions Desired Skills: * Certification within Infrastructure Discipline * Any experience in coordinating and working on multiple cross-functional base work initiatives and projects * Any experience in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems * Any experience in leading enterprise base work initiatives and projects * Ability to develop enhanced production monitoring and additional capability The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
