RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Whitestone, NY is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join their team!
Summary:
The Information Security Analyst will have comprehensive Cyber Security responsibilities. They will be responsible for monitoring computer networks for security issues, investigating security breaches, and ensuring security measures are kept current. The position will entail documentation of processes and protocols as well as keeping current on new Cyber Security threats and tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
* SIEM management, GIAC GSEC, GCED, GCFE, GCFA, Security , Network
* 3 years of hands-on Cyber Security responsibilities
* Experience conducting analysis and creating content for Firewalls, SIEM and other security monitoring tools
* Must have strong experience with servers in a physical, virtual and cloud environment
* Experience with Enterprise Applications
* Strong understanding and knowledge of Cyber Security tools and tactics
* Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
* General IT Infrastructure knowledge and ability to supplement efforts in general infrastructure projects
* Possess technical prowess with a variety of hardware
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
