RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Declassification Analyst in Anchorage, AK.
Duties Include:
* Declassification Analyst will conduct initial declassification reviews in support of the client
* Analyze unclassified and classified documents to determine the appropriate action needed in accordance with E.O. 13526
* Demonstrate understanding of document markings
* Utilize analytical skills to make determinations on documents for release, referral to other agencies, and exemption from automatic declassification
* As a Declassification Analyst, you will recognize possible nuclear weapons and intelligence information
* Properly handle boxes and documents (boxes can weigh between 15-25 pounds) and ensure integrity of each box remains intact
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in related field; Or Military experience
* Minimum of two years of experience and knowledge relating to Declassification and E.O. 13526
* Ability to communicate effectively - both orally and in writing
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills, reading comprehension, and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask, work in a team environment
* Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
