Facility Maintenance company looking for a organized and capable individual with experience managing a large team. Call center management experience highly preferred. Experience successfully performing in a high paced and stressful environment mandatory. Must be able to multitask and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy. Candidates with experience working in facility management, construction or maintenance with be prioritized. Position will consist afternoon, night and weekends shifts and may require additional hours as needed. Candidate will be responsible for supervision the other members of their team while on shift as well as be involved in all emergency jobs assigned to their department. Candidate will assist in all aspects of the work order including sourcing contractors, assisting with price negotiation, communicating with clients and ensuring all jobs are completed correctly and within their expected window of time. Advanced written and verbal English is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Night shift
