KFE Group LLC is a Florida-based real estate hospitality investment company that provides an end-to-end solution from acquiring luxurious properties to managing investments through hospitality platforms.
The Company has a portfolio of over 50 investment properties. With operations in South Florida, KFE Group is experiencing hyper-growth and is looking for an experienced Housekeeper who can utilize best practices in hospitality leadership with top-notch customer service skills that ensure maximum comfortability and professionalism with our guests.
It is imperative that this person be willing to go the extra mile for our guests, the company, and themselves.
Responsibilities :
Creates an environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction at a standard on par with a 5-Star Hotel.
Maintains a calm and pleasant personality in all types of situations and creates great customer service outcomes.
Anticipate Guest's needs and learn preferences of all hospitality needs to foster a luxurious experience
Contact the appropriate individual or department (e.g., Management, Plumber, Housekeeping, etc.) as necessary to resolve calls, requests, or problems.
Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions, and privacy issues
Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and rearranging the room after guests check out
Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service
Report cases of property damage to the supervisor
Works with a team of housekeepers on each shift
Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
Other duties may be assigned as needed to deliver an effortless and luxurious experience for our clients.
Education and Training Requirements
Has an understanding and creativity of personalized services at the highest possible industry standards.
A heightened level of awareness, time management, uniformity, and attention to detail recognizing opportunities to provide a good customer experience
US work authorization
Ability to speak effectively in English and Spanish (Knowing additional languages is a plus)
General housekeeping knowledge and experience in using cleaning products and equipment
High school diploma or equivalent qualifications
Experience with luxury home cleaning services
- Pay consummate with experience
