```Duties```
- ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of food and beverage supplies
- Train and supervise staff on food preparation, safety procedures, and customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to food safety regulations
- Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing daily deposits
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a cook or assistant manager
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, food service management, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems for order processing, inventory management, and scheduling
