KFC Crew Member

Description: Join our dynamic team at KFC as a Crew Member and become an integral part of delivering our delicious, finger-lickin' good experience to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take accurate customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Prepare and assemble KFC's iconic chicken products according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure order accuracy and completeness before serving customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and dining areas.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines for a safe and hygienic workplace.
• Assist in restocking inventory to maintain product availability.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to KFC's food preparation and safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry items during shifts.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and meet any age requirements.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
