Description
Inventory Planning:
· Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand.
· Forecast product demand based on historical data and market trends.
· Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of goods.
Production Planning:
· Collaborate with production teams to schedule and prioritize manufacturing processes.
· Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to meet delivery timelines.
· Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and issues.
Customer Service:
· Coordinates liaison between sales department and other functional company groups.
· Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
· Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
· Audits sales order entry to shipment process
Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Analyze sales and inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Prepare reports on key performance indicators related to planning and customer service.
Continuous Improvement:
· Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements in planning and customer service.
· Suggest and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of related experience in shipping/receiving/warehouse, and/or customer service OR
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
· Previous experience in inventory planning, production planning, or customer service is a plus.
