Patient Access Representative

Keystone Patient Access Center is seeking an individual who is a team player with the desire and willingness to learn!
Responsibilities include assisting patients and their needs by scheduling in multiple channels such as but not limited to phone, Solution reach, and EMR.
Rescheduling appointments as needed, schedule incoming referrals, and aid with mailings and other projects as call volume permits.
Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced office setting and have excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications : High school diploma or GED required. Previous medical office experience is preferred. Spanish speaking is always a plus.
