DA-Dental Coordinator

Keystone Health is seeking to hire a full time DA-Dental Coordinator for the Informatics Department team. This position will be responsible for supporting all the dental offices in the use of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Managing tickets assigned to the EHR helpdesk group by prioritizing and communicating updates to the end users. Conduct training sessions for employees and provide “at the elbow” support for new providers and dental support staff. Assist the Informatics Department with conducting complete and thorough testing of new EHR upgrades. Has a complete knowledge of the dental x-ray software and works closely with IT to test x-ray software and the integration in the EHR. Act as a liaison between KH end users and the Community Connect Team. Identify ongoing training needs, assist in the development of training materials, and provide necessary training.

Qualifications: Minimum requirement of a Dental Assistant. Minimum three years of experience in a dental office setting, certified dental assistant, or 1 year of dental assisting school. Excellent written and oral skills. CPR certified required. Strong computer skills required and ability to learn new software a MUST. Must be motivated and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment. Confident and professional phone skills.
