Keystone Remodeling & Construction LLC is Hiring a Construction Estimator Near Manheim, PA
As a Construction Estimator, your primary responsibility is to assess construction projects and provide accurate cost estimates based off of site visits. You will analyze project specifications, and other documents to determine the materials, labor, and equipment required for completion. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients, you will solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare comprehensive estimates that account for all aspects of the project.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in construction cost estimation software are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
