JOB SUMMARY
Keystone Management is searching for an experienced plumber to work at the airport hangars at Boston Logan International Airport. The job task will include but not limited to performing maintenance and repairs to general to complex plumbing components. Responsible for troubleshooting, installations, repairs, completing work orders, and maintain and diagnose all plumbing mechanisms within the hangars. This individual will perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs while ensuring standards with applicable laws, plumbing codes and regulations are met. In addition, the individual will perform other necessary repairs, maintenance, restoration, and placement of various components of the physical structure of buildings and shop equipment as needed.
Location: Boston Logan International Airport
Shift: 2pm - 1030pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Excellent plumbing troubleshooting and installation skills
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Perform minor to complex service work on plumbing systems
· Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance
· Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints, etc.
· A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
· Very good communication skills
· Perform other work-related duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/LEVEL OF SUPERVISION
· This position has no supervisory responsibilities
· Receives specific direction as to goals and the achievement of those goals. Evaluated based on the successful performance of essential job duties and responsibilities and achievement of goals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fitting industrial piping systems with such materials as PVC, copper, stainless steel instrument tubing
· Experience performing preventative maintenance (PM’s) on equipment
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
· Detail oriented
· HS Diploma or Equivalent
· Valid certification (e.g. ASE) is preferred
· CFC certification is a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS, TRAVEL, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to address the needs of the customer. · Ability to stand for long periods
· Ability to walk on level, uneven and slippery surfaces

· Ability to walk long distances within the airport
· Ability to regularly lift, drag, carry and push equipment, tools and supplies up to 75 pounds

· Exposure to mechanical, electrical and noise hazards
· Exposure to inclement weather conditions
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
· Pass a Keystone Management background check
· Pass a Federal Aviation Administration background check
· Pass the Boston Logan International Airport SIDA badge and drivers test within two (2) tries
· Pass a driving history check
· Possess a current driving license
