Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions

- Perform sterile processing procedures in accordance with established protocols

- Provide behavioral health support and counseling to patients

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages

- Utilize electronic medical record system for documentation purposes

- Collect and analyze laboratory samples as required
