Ensures that payroll systems, processes and deliverables are established and executed accurately, timely and in accordance with Company procedures. Analyzes systems and data and uses proper judgment and discretion to resolve issues and problems.

Provides backup and assistance to Finance Manager to ensure that effective finance services are delivered to staff and students and financial reports are generated in compliance with GAAP and Company policies and procedures. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in Accounting or related field. Minimum of two years’ experience in business and accounting required. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Suite of applications is required. Must pass Company finance test.

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION Manages and supervises finance staff. Serves as Acting Finance Manager in Finance Manager’s absence.
