Keystone Hospice, locally owned and located in Eagle, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7 On/7 Off On-Call position. This position is responsible for fielding after-hour calls to ensure patient needs are met (both in-person and over the phone). Our on-call team visits patients where they reside, which could include private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.
The on-call team deals with acute and urgent issues after hours and communicates changes or concerns with the appropriate team members This allows the entire team the work/life balance which is essential to those in healthcare. Hospice nurses utilize their end-of-life knowledge and skills to provide care to patients and their families. We are a rapidly growing hospice program dedicated to providing only the highest quality of end-of-life care.
The successful candidate possesses a current RN license and exhibits an outgoing, professional, and compassionate presence is team-oriented, organized, and shows close attention to detail. As the only Veteran owned and operated hospice in the Northwest, we believe that success is achieved when we value our staff as our number one asset and provide greater access to care for our patients.
