Keystone Health, located in Eagle, has been Idaho's leading house call provider since 2013. Our specialized providers and team visit patients who are homebound or unable to travel to a clinic. Keystone’s unique approach to patient care requires the support of a strong administrative team who shares the dedication to creating excellent patient experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

-Answer and direct incoming calls

-Processes incoming/outgoing correspondence with patients, facilities, labs, and providers

-Manage incoming faxes

-Updating accurate patient files

-Administrative and team support

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Strong customer service skills

-Two years of administrative work experience are required.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel, Outlook) and Google Documents

-Knowledge of EMR systems (eCW)

-Must be detail-oriented

-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

-Willingness to learn

-Ability to handle stress

-Previous medical office experience preferred

-Team player

-Medical Assistant certification is a bonus
