We are currently seeking a Property Inspections Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing property inspections in and around the Keyrenter OKC coverage area.

The Role:

As a Property Inspection Technician, you will respond to- 4-6 requests for inspection each day. You will accept the inspections and get them scheduled in advance. You will need to be able to quickly and efficiently use a cellphone or tablet to upload photos and take notes from on-site at the homes. By both communicating and solving these problems quickly, you would be able to reduce wait times and increase customer satisfaction as compared to an outside 3rd party vendor.

Success in this role is obtained by being quick and accurate in your inspections. Planning ahead your routes, meeting the minimum number of inspctions each day and communicating with our manager is a must. Additionally, the correct applicant will be hyper-communicative with property managers; this person will be sure to keep everyone in the loop and on the same page. Finally, the ability to successfully manage and coordinate the timing of jobs will be critical to the overall success of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Complete inspections in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Valid driver's license/reliable vehicle/current auto insurance
• Have a smart phone and ability to use it to complete documentation of work
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
