We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

```Duties```
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in operating a POS (Point of Sale) system
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage recipes
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling purposes
- Experience with operating a cash register
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
- Excellent cash handling skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations
- Previous experience in food service or sales is preferred
