We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to join KeyData's Delivery Services team! This is a technical-focused role that will provide you the opportunity to work on and lead projects involving some of the latest cutting-edge products and technologies in the IAM space.

Location: US – Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL or Jersey City, NJ

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hands-on technical delivery of IAM engagements using Ping suite of products – Ping Federate, Ping One, Ping Directory, etc.
  • Requirements, design, and development for complex CIAM and B2B use cases.
  • Developing use cases, testing, debugging, support and maintenance.
  • Design and develop custom solutions, extensions, and integrations for Ping Identity suite to meet unique business requirements.
  • Interfacing with the client for requirements, customizations, product functionality, and feedback.
  • Leading demos of configurations and customizations and general product OOTB features.
  • Manage identity teams throughout major assessments, roadmap development, solutions assessment, roadmap development, process re-design etc.
  • Evaluate industry best practices related to IAM and apply to individual organizations based on needs and best fit.
  • Advise clients on IAM/PAM vendor assessment and selection.
  • Preparing technical and user documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8 years experience in Identity & Access Management
  • Deep knowledge of IAM principles (SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP)
  • Strong hands-on experience (5 years) in Ping Identity suite of products including Ping Federate, PingOne for both workforce and CIAM
  • Must have strong experience with CIAM or B2B uses cases, including but not limited to: Registration Flows, Authentication processes, Account Recovery and password reset etc.
  • Experience in any directory product (Ping Directory)
  • Experience leading project teams in large-scale IAM deployments for enterprise clients across different industry verticals
  • Good communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and able to work onsite at the client's office location for a minimum of three days per week to facilitate collaboration with the team and stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified in Ping suite of products
  • Good knowledge and experience in any IGA product – SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock etc.
  • Experience with entitlement management products (e.g., Ping Authorize, PlainID, Axiomatics etc.)
  • Experience with migration from Mainframe environment
