Our workforce is energetic, talented, and poised for growth in this exciting market.QualificationsDesired Experience / Technical Knowledge include:A solid foundation of knowledge and experience in the IT industry, typically an AS/BS degree in information technology with 3 years of relevant experience, or the equivalent3 years of systems/network experience in supporting SMB network environments3 years of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory experienceAbility to diagnose and resolve issues with the Windows operating system and PC hardwareExperience with networking hardware, such as wireless controllers, access points, routers, firewalls and switchesSolid knowledge of TCP/IP network functionality including DNS and DHCPExperience with Microsoft Office 365 and other hosted email solutionsExperience with troubleshooting and managing peripheral devices, including printers/scanners, monitors, and UPS devicesWorking knowledge of common phones, tablets, and mobile devicesThe ability to track work performed via our ConnectWise ticketing system along with the ability to work independently with limited supervisionExperience with Windows server hardware technology and basic business applicationsAbility to communicate effectively via phone, email and in-person with both employees and clientsStrong technical writing and documentation skillsAdditional InformationThis opportunity has a very solid growth track as you will have the opportunity to work on some exciting projects with some of our best engineers and our technology stack!
