Our workforce is energetic, talented, and poised for growth in this exciting market!Job DescriptionProviding AS400 hardware support (some software support) and hardware maintenance for the end userProvide user orientation on hardware and software operationsRespond to hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniquesMaintain, upgrades or replace AS400 hardware Utilizing troubleshooting techniques to solve complex hardware and software problemsAssist in hardware installation and project coordinationUpdating hardware cases and reviewing hardware cases generated by automated alertsAnalyze and develop new hardware requirements and prepare specifications for hardware acquisitionsQualificationsThis role requires 5 years of IBM iSeries (AS400) hardware experience (installing Power Servers, IBM OSupdates and PTFs).
