Key is seeking Youth Counselors (also known as “Residential Caseworkers”) to work together as a dynamic team in our residential group homes in Pittsfield, MA for children and adolescents involved with the MA Department of Children & Families (DCF).

Responsibilities: Youth Counselors (Residential Caseworker) work collaboratively as part of the treatment team and is responsible for the welfare of clients in Key’s residential programs. The Youth Counselors are directly responsible for the daily supervision of clients, the implementation of their individualized treatment plans, and the daily program activities and milieu. Due to the nature of the work and client needs, the Youth Counselors work a varied schedule that may exceed a forty-hour work week (full time). Part-time positions also available.
