Key Personnel is currently seeking AutoCAD Drafter candidates for a role located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The AutoCAD Drafter plays a critical role in managing and updating the layout of the manufacturing facility using AutoCAD.

The AutoCAD Drafter will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating detailed drawings of the facility layout. This includes designing the layout in AutoCAD, conducting shop floor verification to ensure accuracy, and making necessary updates to match the current state of the facility.

AutoCAD Drafter Job Duties:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed layouts of the factory using AutoCAD.
• Conduct shop floor verification to ensure the layout accurately reflects the physical setup and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize the layout for efficiency and safety.
• Update and revise layouts based on changes in manufacturing processes or equipment.
• Maintain a library of drawings and ensure they are up to date, accurate, and accessible.
• Assist in the planning and execution of layout changes or expansions.

AutoCAD Technician Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in AutoCAD, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience in factory layout design and AutoCAD proficiency is acceptable in place of a college degree.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.
• Ability to conduct physical verification on the shop floor and adjust designs as needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
