FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER POSITION AVAILABLE FOR APARTMENT COMPLEX:
*LOOKING FOR SOMEONE DEPENDABLE WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE & PEP IN THEIR STEP
*VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED
*SOME DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- CLEANING OFFICES & CLUBHOUSE
- CLEANING GYM, KITCHEN, BATHROOMS & OTHER AMENITIES
- KEEPING POOL AREA CLEAN & CLEAN POOL FURNITURE DAILY
- PICKING UP TRASH OUTSIDE TO KEEP CURB APPEAL LOOKING ITS BEST
- DUMPING TRASH FROM TRASH CANS (inside and outside)
- SWEEPING SIDEWALKS & KEEPING SIDEWALKS CLEAN OF DEBRIS
- MINOR OUTSIDE CLEANING
- KEEPING COMMON AREAS FREE OF TRASH AND DEBRIS
- CLEANING VACANT APARTMENTS & GETTING THEM READY TO RENT
- ANY OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED FOR THE PROPERTY, COMMON AREAS, AMENITES & APARTMENTS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
