The Operations Associate is responsible for order processing, fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control, and shipping preparation.
Essential duties and responsibilities Responsible for daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation Ensure orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurately Record inventory movements in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as necessary Identify, investigate, and resolve order delays.

Assist with maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments. Work with the sales department. Perform other related duties as needed.

The ideal candidate must be computer savy and a quick learner. With the correct attitude and good work ethic, the ideal candidate can quickly be promoted within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
