Job Description:
A senior Java Developer with 7 years of IT Experience who will work closely with the business and technical teams that support the legacy client-server Legal Case Management application
The North Carolina Industrial Commission (NCIC) is implementing an integrated Legal Case Management System (LCMS) solution to consolidate and replace multiple existing legacy mainframe and client-server applications. The Java Developer will be responsible and accountable for application support and modification of legacy Java system.
Expected Skills: The consultant should have at least the following skills.
Experience with application development using Java 8 and JPA
Experience with Tomcat, TomEE on Red Hat Linux
Experience with Java development tools
Experience with IBM Host on Demand toolkit
Experience with Windows and Red Hat Linux
Experience with HTML/CSS, JSP, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery
Experience with Oracle Database (12 or higher)
Experience with PL/SQL
Experience with Java build tools
Experience with Source Code Control
Required/Desired Skills:
Required - 7yrs - Total experience in Information Technology field
Required - 4yrs - Experience with Java (8)
Required - 2yrs - Experience with Red Hat Linux version 6
Required - 3yrs - Experience with Source Code Control
Required - 4yrs - Experience with Java development tools
Required - 1yrs - Experience with IBM Host on Demand toolkit
Required - 2yrs - Experience with JPA
Required - 2yrs - Experience with MVC
Required - 2yrs - Experience with Oracle database version 12
