ABA Clinic - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid/Flexible Schedule
MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide, evaluate, and implement behavior therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of needs.
Schedule:
* Full-Time and Part-Time openings available at our Houston location
* Hybrid/Flexible schedule
Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related discipline
* Current Texas license as LBA
* Currently certified by the BACB as a BCBA
* Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA preferred - new grads are welcomed to apply!
Job Duties:
* Observe patients and conduct behavior assessments
* Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
* Develop individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors
* Monitor and evaluate clients progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Train and supervise BT/RBTs
