I am currently recruiting a Sales Arborist on behalf of a New Jersey based Tree Care company, looking to expand their successful sales team. This is a family-owned business focused on providing quality & safe tree services to both commercial and residential customers in their local area.

Responsibilities:

• Growing commercial sales within an existing territory
• Winning your own new business
• Managing existing relationships
• Contract preparation & negotiation
• Liaising with the tree care crews

Requirements:

• ISA Certification highly desirable
• Experience within the tree/green industry required
• Sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• Motivated self-starter able to work independently and as part of a group
• Well spoken & well presented individual
