Project Manager For Commercial Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Customer expectations and needs. including customer culture, efficiencies and inefficiencies
• ·Pre-qualify, select, negotiate with, and write scopes of work for Subcontractors/Vendors.
• ·Manage contracting process, gathering required insurances and bonds from subcontractors to ensure timely start that supports schedule.
• ·Responsible for developing or reviewing a cost effective plan and project schedule, following a logical pattern, while maximizing resources to position project to finish on time and on budget.
• ·Identify cost savings and/or schedule reduction possibilities without compromising quality.
• ·Create and execute, or inherit and understand the project budget and submit to Accounting Team in a timely manner.
• · Secure all permits and/or licenses required by the authority having jurisdiction.

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial construction management required; Prefer ISD experience
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
