We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations. This is a vital role that requires excellent driving skills, the ability to manage passenger behavior, and strong communication skills.

```Duties:```
- Safely operate a bus and transport passengers to their designated locations while narrating and guiding them in Ketchikan, Alaska
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bus
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus
- Collect tickets as required
- Ensure the safety of all passengers on board
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
- Manage passenger behavior and enforce rules and regulations
- Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and supervisors

```Qualifications:```
- Valid CDL driver's license (Any Class) with passenger endorsement and with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience working with children or in senior care is desirable
- Mechanical knowledge for basic bus maintenance is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with passengers of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage passenger behavior effectively
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is beneficial
