We are looking to add a Full - Time Business Assistant to our team here at Kessler Family Dental to help us continue our tradition of providing the highest quality patient care available.

Kessler Family Dental operates on Monday from 7 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday from 10 AM - 7 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM - 5 PM, Thursday from 7 AM - 7 PM, and Friday from 7 AM - 1 PM.

As a Business Assistant, you will:

• Greet visitors and patients entering the practice and alert appropriate staff of patient arrivals
• Answer the telephone, route calls, provide information and take messages in accordance with practice procedures
• Schedule and adjust patient appointments to maximize patient care and reach practice profit target
• Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly calendar to meet the practice production and collection goals
• Communicate with patients regarding financial options and reconcile financial records by receiving and recording patient payments
• Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferably have previous experience with Accounts Receivable
