Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of structures, equipment, and systems
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Perform general labor duties such as digging trenches, moving materials, and cleaning work areas
