Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from listing to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved, new home listing transactions from start to finish for all of our agents associated with Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty and Kerr Team Real Estate. This position acts as a liaison between the agents, principal(s), and the listing company that ensures all items are completed such as entering data into the MLS, using the ShowingTime app for showings, and various reports, scheduling photo shoots, making customer service calls, coordinating open houses and courier duties for our team. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease.. $13.50 - $14 hourly

• Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
• Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
• Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
• Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings

• Oversee all listings new and existing
• Enter data into various formats
• Review and organize photos after shoots and upload them into MLS
• Upload document supplements
• Keep track of signage and lock boxes
• Mail out future seller newsletters
• Send customer service videos
• Assign courier duties for various tasks
• Work with agents on listing throughout the process
• Other duties as assigned

• Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
