We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Odor Control and Scenting Systems Technician.

Job Description:

The Odor Control and Scenting Systems Technician will be responsible for providing monthly maintenance services to our clients' odor control and scenting systems. This role involves refilling scenting solutions, cleaning units, troubleshooting issues, and replacing or adjusting defective parts. Additionally, the technician will install new scenting systems, set spray intervals, and demonstrate operations to customers while addressing any questions they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Service:
  • Perform monthly maintenance on odor control and scenting systems.
  • Refill scenting solutions in each unit.
  • Clean and troubleshoot problems, replacing or adjusting defective parts such as hoses and spray units.
• Installation and Setup:
  • Install new scenting systems and set appropriate spray intervals.
  • Demonstrate system operations to customers and answer any related questions.
  • Connect 110v equipment and low voltage control wiring as needed.
  • Assess and adjust units to ensure proper scenting performance.
• Customer Interaction:
  • Use technology to have work orders signed and emailed to property managers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Logistics and Coordination:
  • Occasionally receive shipments and load the van for the day's jobs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use technology for work order management.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
