Keplinger's Excavating, Inc. is a family owned company located in Boonsboro, MD that specializes in quality residential and commercial site work and utilities. We have consistent year-round work in the tri-state area. We offer paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.

Duties:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to track loader, dozer, trackhoe, and skid loader.
- Perform tasks such as digging and grading.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on the equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as track loader, dozer, trackhoe, and skid loader.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
- Physical stamina and strength to withstand long hours of operating heavy equipment.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and different job sites.
