The Role:

The ACD Design and Art Direction role at Kepler embodies our philosophy of "The Future in Focus." This is not a traditional design and art direction role; it involves leading the creative direction across an especially diverse range of digital mediums and tools, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an entrepreneurial mindset. This position requires a versatile, innovative professional adept in contemporary design and capable of working across various brand aesthetics. The role entails creating and directing digital advertising creatives, including social media, display ads, online videos for diverse brands, directing Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), and developing multivariable testing ad campaigns. A passion for emerging technology central to this role. This creative will be involved in the development of new creative tools, including AI and automation, and design innovative workflows that enable Kepler to deliver top-tier creatives faster and more efficiently than ever before.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and manage Kepler's internal design assets, including websites, social media content, collateral, and business development materials.
  • Create and direct innovative digital advertising creatives across various platforms.
  • Lead Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) initiatives and develop multivariable testing ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, animators, writers, project managers, and other creatives in the development of new tools, workflows and products.
  • Be responsible for presentations, confidently pitching new clients, and utilizing strong writing and communication skills.
  • Maintain a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, ego-free team atmosphere with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Minimal travel requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in diverse design roles, including experience within professional creative environments.
  • Must have an online portfolio demonstrating contemporary design across various brand aesthetics.
  • Mastery-level experience in Photoshop, Illustrator. Google Suite proficiency required.
  • Experience in additional creative software a strong plus: After Effects, Audition, XD, Figma, Framer
  • Proficient in a wide array of AI tools: MidJourney, GPT-4, Tome, ElevenLabs, Krea, Runway, DALL-E
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred but not required.

Total Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $105,100 - $131,400
  • Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 10% ($10,500 - $13,100)
  • Target Total Cash: $115,600 - 144,500
