Duties and Responsibilities:

General:

1. Maintain, support, and document Keowee Key POA system integrations for both onsite and offsite systems.
2. Plan and implement automation of tasks as directed by IT Manager.
3. Document solutions used in resolving issues escalated from IT Technician.
4. Daily maintenance as required.
5. Develop reports as needed to support KKPOA staff, management, and membership.
6. Research and recommend technology solutions to address departmental functions. Work with the corresponding manager from conception to implementation.
7. Coordinate and serve as the point of contact of training as applications are implemented and/or upgraded.

Communication:

1. Draft and manage Alerts to Staff and Members of issues that may impact system performance.
2. Update documentation as needed to maintain problem resolution database.
3. Website Administration and problem solving as required.
4. Manage Project tasks and update involved parties.

Position Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree with Information Technology focus and 3 years of equivalent experience preferred.
2. Written and verbal communication skills to enable remote problem solving with staff and members.
3. Thorough knowledge of PC computers, mobile devices, and operating systems.
4. PHP development experience, HTML, and Apache administration.
5. Preferred: Experience with Microsoft SQL 2012 Management Studio and Reporting Services.
6. Preferred: Experience with management of Microsoft Active Directory.
7. Preferred: Experience with Office365 Portal and Azure Cloud Active Directory Federation Services.
8. Preferred: Experience with Windows Server 2012, Linux Web Servers, and NAS devices.
9. Available to work a 40-hour week. Some weekends as necessary with after hour on-call.
