Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and detailing, including washing, waxing, buffing, polishing, and vacuuming, to restore vehicles to their original or better-than-new condition.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and potential issues before and after the detailing process.
- Apply high-quality detailing products and techniques to achieve optimal results, ensuring the use of appropriate chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain detailing equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Keep accurate records of detailing services performed, products used, and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in automotive detailing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Car Detailing Technician or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying imperfections and areas requiring special attention.
- Knowledge of different vehicle surfaces, materials, and appropriate cleaning and detailing methods.
- Proficiency in using various detailing tools and equipment, such as polishers, steam cleaners, and pressure washers.
