Parts Delivery/Warehouse Clerk Job Summary
The primary function of the Pick-up & Delivery Driver is to deliver and pick up parts and Cores as needed in a safe and timely manner.
Parts Delivery/Warehouse Clerk Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver parts to customers, and pick up parts from local suppliers.
2. Double check part numbers, quantities, delivery locations, and payment methods of orders before delivering.
3. Pick up new part returns, cores, and warranties from customers, ensuring they are appropriately tagged and boxed.
4. Inform supervisor of required pickup maintenance/servicing, and wash pickup truck as needed.
5. Drive company vehicles in a safe manner, obey all traffic laws, and report any motor vehicle violations to the supervisor immediately.
6. Assist the Parts Manager with miscellaneous tasks in warehouse.
7. Assist with inventory maintenance and engage in year end inventory.
8. Complete all required job related training.
Parts Delivery/Warehouse Clerk Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. High school diploma or the equivalent. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing. Experience in shipping: knowledge of bills of lading, freight bills, shipping and receiving rates. Packaging skills: knowledge of how material should be packed to reach its destination economically and without damage. Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to operate warehouse forklift and complete formal training program. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
