Location : Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay : $88,000.00 - $142,6000.00

What will you do

The Oral Care, Professional Engagement Liaison role will report directly to the Head of US Professional Engagements and serve as a catalyst for collaboration between the LISTERINE Brand and Healthcare Professionals and National / Regional Thought Leaders.

He / she will work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners to establish trust through the consistent demonstration of scientific expertise and satisfactory follow through to requests from thought- leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• In partnership with the HCP Activation Teams and the Field Sales Force, this role will attend Medical Congresses and conduct field rides to ensure frequent touch points with key thought leaders and maintain a pulse of trends across the various consumer industries.
• Support Field Sales Force office visits by conducting deeper science engagement conversations to increase awareness and adoption of Kenvue products and brand commitments among Healthcare Professionals.
• Expand Listerine’s interaction with Dental School programs through digital first programs designed to achieve highest SOV among residents.

Activities to include : digital on-demand content, live Peer to Peer educational dinner programs, webinars, and live social events.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• A 4-year degree is required. An MBA is preferred.
• 10 years experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and / or Consumer Package Goods is required. Oral Care category experience is preferred.
• A proven track record developing and executing influencer, key opinion leader and / or scientific engagement strategies is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer / market oriented.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment. High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.
• Ability to work closely with cross functional and other internal teams is required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally is required.
• Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred.
• This position requires up to 60% domestic travel.

What’s in it for you

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000.00 - $142,600.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
