Marketing Co-Op
The Marketing Co-Op Program is a full-time, six-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship.
This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom.
This position reports into a Brand Team or Marketing Capabilities Team and is based at one of the following locations : Skillman, NJ; Fort Washington, PA.

The Co-Op Program is a six-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship.
This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment offered in the Spring semester (January 2024-June 2024).
Co-Ops who demonstrate strong performance & professionalism will be considered for the interview slate for our full-time Marketing Leadership Development Program.
As a Marketing Co-Op, you will become an integral part of a Consumer Brand Marketing or Marketing Capabilities team. You will be involved in projects that may include the following responsibilities :
